We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to deliver our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user’s consent or on one of the other legal bases set out in Article 6 GDPR.

6. Contact form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone where applicable, interest, message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient enquiry handling). Storage period: until your enquiry has been fully processed, after which the data is deleted subject to commercial and tax retention periods (six or ten years under the German Fiscal Code and the German Commercial Code).
7. Google Analytics & Google Site Kit
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow your use of the site to be analysed. IP anonymisation is enabled. Data transfers to the United States are possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. YouTube videos
Some pages embed YouTube videos (YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA). No personal data is transmitted to YouTube before you click the video. Once you play the video, connections to YouTube servers are established and data is processed.
